This role involves designing, developing, and implementing RPA systems, ensuring these align with our business requirements and objectives.

You will be responsible for providing guidance in process design, deploying RPA components, and assuring the quality of automation processes.
Responsibilities: Provide Guidance with Process Design: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and optimize efficient, technology-driven processes.
Develop and Test Automation Workflows: Design, build, and thoroughly test RPA solutions to enhance business efficiency and productivity.
Deploy ServiceNow RPA Components: Implement bots, robots, and other RPA tools, ensuring seamless integration with our existing business processes.
Support RPA Solution Implementation: Assist in the successful implementation of RPA solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements.
Documentation: Create comprehensive process documents and user manuals for RPA solutions.
Quality Assurance: Establish and implement robust QA processes to ensure the reliability and efficiency of RPA solutions.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to define project scopes and deliver impactful results.
Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Collaboration with Development Team: Collaborate with developers and IT teams to ensure proper implementation and integration of RPA solutions.
On-call Support: Provide support for deployments and troubleshoot production issues, participating in an on-call rotation as needed.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about current technologies and business processes relevant to RPA.
Requirements: Must hold these ServiceNow certifications (CSA and ITSM) Hands-on experience with RPA tools with ServiceNow.
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Jelly, etc.
).
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, etc.
).
Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
Exposure to multiple ServiceNow platforms (ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, etc.
) is highly desirable.
Basic programming knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, or similar.
Proven ability to design technical specifications for RPA projects.
Experience in developing and utilizing APIs.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases preferred.
Knowledge of AI and machine learning.
Understanding of workflow-based logic.
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent time and project management capabilities.
Ability to simplify technical details for a non-technical audience.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex troubleshooting.
Comfortable working in ambiguous situations.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
